The perfect combination of polystyrene recycling machine and polystyrene recycling machine in Bergen County for efficient recycling

Officials from Bergen County and the Village of Ridgefield Park came together to celebrate a new partnership in which the Bergen County municipality has found an efficient way to recycle expanded polystyrene (EPS). Working together over the past year, the relevant authorities reached an agreement to purchase an EPS recycling machine to improve sustainability and recycling programs. According to a resolution passed by the Bergen County Board of Commissioners on June 21, 2023, the County of Bergen shall give the Village of Ridgefield Park $40,000 to buy and install an EPS recycling machine. The compression ratio of GREENMAX polystyrene recycling machine can reach up to 90:1, and the power can reach up to 300kg/h. Currently, the use of polystyrene recycling machines for recycling has been maximized in popularity, but the use of equipment for compression should not be used to recycle polystyrene. At the end, the real meaning of recycling is to put waste polystyrene blocs into production.

In order to realize a mature polystyrene recycling system, GREENMAX not only designs and manufactures polystyrene recycling machines, but also develops polystyrene purchasing business, because in addition to machinery manufacturing, we are also engaged in the plastic products manufacturing industry, and these products are mixed with recycled polystyrene, so It is also called an environmentally friendly product. Only by putting waste material into the polystyrene recycling system can real recycling be achieved. GREENMAX mainly manufactures frame products, picture frames, photo frames and decorative skirting boards, etc. The products are sold in different styles around the world.

Municipalities that presently collect expanded polystyrene as well as those that want to start collections will benefit from this collaboration's considerable reduction in transportation and storage expenses. Prior to the conclusion of this Agreement, expanded polystyrene would be collected by the Village of Ridgefield Park and trucked to Sussex County and Eastern Pennsylvania for processing. Municipalities can now recycle this material more easily because the equipment is now centralized in Bergen County. This material can be used to create new Polystyrene packaging or stiff plastic items like picture frames and moldings. It is great to see that this polystyrene recycling system has become as popular as the polystyrene recycling machine, and polystyrene recycling will become more and more mature and standardized.
