The GREENMAX EPE recycling machine helps to recycle various forms of EPE waste foam

EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) foam is a lightweight, flexible, and recyclable closed-cell foam material commonly used in packaging, cushioning, shockproofing, insulation, and other applications. It has several common forms depending on the processing method and use:

EPE pearl cotton sheet (Sheet/Foam Sheet)

The most common form, mainly used for flat cushioning packaging of electronic products, glass products, crafts, etc. The thickness can be customized, usually ranging from 1mm to 100mm.

EPE Rolls

EPE sheets are supplied in rolls, making them convenient for transportation and processing. They are commonly used in large-scale soft packaging scenarios, such as for furniture, flooring, food packaging, etc., and can be cut, laminated, or heat sealed.

EPE Molded Parts/Custom

CutsThese are made through processes such as cutting, bonding, stamping, and thermoforming. They are primarily used for: electronic product liners, automotive component pads, and customized packaging for home appliances or instruments.

EPE Net Sleeve (Net Sleeve/Fruit Foam Net)

The net structure is soft and breathable, commonly used for cushioning fruits (such as apples, pears, peaches) or glass bottles. It is aesthetically pleasing, lightweight, and easy to decompose.

Regarding the recycling of EPE foam, GREENMAX has already helped customers around the world achieve various forms of EPE foam recycling. To better recycle EPE foam, GREENMAX has also manufactured a number of specialized models of EPE recycling machines that facilitate a more convenient and efficient recycling process for EPE foam. For example, there is an EPE recycling machine capable of independently recycling EPE film; this equipment is designed to prevent EPE film from winding around the blade shaft. Another special model is designed to meet customer needs for simultaneously recycling EPE blocks and EPE film, which effectively increases the equipment's usability. Generally, we use recycling equipment supported by hot-melt technology in the process of recycling EPE, with a compression ratio that can reach 90:1, a technology that offers a high compression ratio.

If you are also troubled by issues related to EPE recycling, you can always contact GREENMAX. If you need a special machine design, we will also provide you with exclusive solutions.
