Doswell, Virginia-based Indevco North America said it has acquired Perma R Products Inc. of Johnson City, Tennessee. Perma R has facilities in Mississippi, Georgia and Tennessee and manufactures insulation and roof underlayment products that will be integrated into the Indevco Building Products business unit. Indevco Group uses waste in some of its products, in addition to building construction products and plastic packaging. Contains polyethylene processed film with recycled content.
