The K Show is the world's largest trade show for the plastics and rubber industry. The 8-day trade fair in 2019 welcomed around 3,330 exhibitors and 224,000 visitors at the K trade fair in Düsseldorf. And K Show 2022 has not been affected by Covid-19, and the companies expected to exhibit on October 19 this year are even higher than in 2019.

After the K Show in 2019, GREENMAX Machinery felt the significance of this exhibition. This year, GREENMAX will exhibit our company's "star" machines at the exhibition site, including EPS densifier M-C200, Polystyrene compactor Z-C200 and Dewatering machine P-C350. As a local machine brand in California, GREENMAX has more than ten years of experience in plastic foam recycling in the industry, and GREENMAX foam recycling machines are sold all over the world.

 

M series EPS densifier

One of the prototypes exhibited this time is an EPS densifier with hot melt technology. The compression ratio of this machine is 90:1. There are four models with different powers, namely M-C50, M-C100, M-C200, and M- C300. EPS densifiers can not only deal with EPS but also can deal with plastic foam such as XPS, EPE, and EPP. 

Z series Polystyrene compactor

GREENMAX Z series Polystyrene compactor adopts the combination of cold pressing technology and a small amount of hot melt technology, which is an upgraded model of A series polystyrene compactor. The machine realizes foam recycling and compression by crushing and extruding plastic foam. The compression ratio is 50:1. There are also models with different powers for you to choose from. The Z series polystyrene compactor can handle a wide variety of foams including polystyrene.

 

P series Dewatering machine

GREENMAX Poseidon Series dewatering machine is a beverage packaging recycling equipment aiming to empty yogurt bottles, PET bottles, aluminum cans, and beverage boxes. Equipped with screw compression technology, the GREENMAX beverage dewatering machine enables continuous output at a ratio of 10:1, and the water draining function can squeeze out the liquid to the water collection tray.
