The Foam Recycling Coalition (FRC) of the Foodservice Packaging Institute, based in Falls Church, Virginia, awarded a $50,000 grant to the city of High Point in North Carolina to help its 117,000 inhabitants recycle foam block packaging as well as polystyrene plates, bowls, clamshells, cups, and cups.
